Job description
You’ll own the technical side of the business and qualify the company for licensing. You’ll be a true partner, not an employee.
You’ll:
Design and oversee low-voltage installs: building access, gate access controls, and security cameras
Select the hardware and software platforms we standardize on
Train and support installers and technicians
Help shape service offerings, pricing, and growth strategy
Requirements
A Florida Alarm System Contractor license (EG or EF), or the experience to qualify for one. This is required.
Hands-on access control and CCTV experience (Brivo, Openpath/Avigilon, Genea, ProdataKey, or similar)
Strong knowledge of networking, low-voltage wiring, and system integration
A builder’s mindset and comfort with startup risk
About the company
We’re building a Florida security integration company focused on access control, gate access, and video surveillance for commercial and multi-unit properties. Our goal is simple: reliable systems, clean installs, and responsive service that property owners and managers can count on. I bring the operations, sales, and business-building experience. I’m looking for a technical partner to build it with me.
