Job description

As a Sollers developer, you’ll have the opportunity to continuously expand your skill set, navigate complex challenges, and contribute to the creation of solutions that empower businesses and individuals alike., * Design and develop solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), leveraging Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, integration procedures, DataRaptors) for clients in the insurance industry.

  • Lead the design of IT solutions, taking into account the architecture and its constraints.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and “strategic partner” for our clients.
  • Independently lead a project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Conduct active and regular code reviews, and help establish and enforce coding standards within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to the project scope, promote best practices, and share knowledge across teams.
  • Create well-structured technical documentation (e.g., using BPMN, UML).
  • Work directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand our collaboration when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in computer science and at least 5 years of experience as a software developer, including at least 3 years working with Salesforce.
  • Initial experience in a leadership role, such as Tech Lead or Architect.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex (Triggers, Batch, Async Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web service integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, the principles of clean code, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in English, at least at the B2 level.
  • Fluency in French, at least at the C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, and to effectively facilitate workshops.
  • Experience estimating workloads at various levels and identifying potential risks.
  • Available for a full-time position with partial remote work., * Knowledge of best practices in software development.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification or other relevant certification.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
  • Ability to build lasting, positive relationships with clients and members of the team you manage.
  • Additional languages.
  • Willingness to travel regularly as project needs require.
