  • Arranging client source content into clear learning journeys, focused on satisfying the learning objectives and telling a coherent ‘story’
  • Ensuring any content that we write is clear, expressed in good accurate English, and consistent with our client’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style guides.
  • Working with our creative and production teams to develop interactions and designs that bring the content to life, ensure and retain learner engagement and produce and accurately reflect and support the learning objectives.
  • Working with the project managers and creative teams to ensure that the projects are within the budget and scope and are running on time.
  • Regularly reviewing and proofreading projects with the whole team to ensure that the Customer’s brief is being met.
  • Thinking of new and exciting ways to present eLearning content.
  • Creating engaging, high-quality stories and storyboards
