SharePoint Developer / SharePoint SME

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer / SharePoint SME to join a busy technical team, supporting and enhancing a complex SharePoint environment spanning both on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong SharePoint administration, development, and upgrade experience who is comfortable acting as a senior technical specialist and escalation point for critical issues., * Act as a 3rd Line Technical Specialist for complex SharePoint incidents and requests.

• Lead and support SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) upgrade activities.
• Administer, maintain, and support SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) environments.
• Ensure platform security, performance, stability, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the SharePoint estate.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver improvements and enhancements.
• Contribute to platform roadmaps, upgrades, and operational best practices.

• Strong experience with SharePoint Server 2019.
• Experience upgrading and supporting SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).
• Proven experience supporting enterprise SharePoint environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and 3rd line support capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
