Job description
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you’ll provide both remote and on-site technical support to our customers. You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, resolve problems efficiently and ensure our customers receive the high standard of service we’re known for.
Requirements
You’ll work closely with both customers and colleagues, so excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-focused approach are essential.

Technical Skills & Experience
You should have experience supporting a range of technologies, including:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- macOS
- Group Policy
- Backup systems
- Networking and printing
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Azure
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- VoIP phone systems
Desirable Experience
Experience with the following would be advantageous:
- LAN and WAN networking
- VPNs and VLANs
- Network switches
- Managed Wi-Fi
- Firewalls
- Routers, * MSP: 1 year (preferred)
