Salesforce & Revenue Systems Administrator

You’ll sit within Revenue Operations, partnering closely with the Director of Revenue Operations as well as stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions. Primary Areas of Responsibility:

• Salesforce Implementation - Lead the hands-on implementation of a net-new Salesforce instance, consolidating two legacy CRM environments into a single, unified system of record
• User & License Management - Manage user onboarding and offboarding, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, organization-wide defaults and sharing rules, and license optimization and governance
• System Configuration - Build and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, custom settings, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning record pages, dynamic forms, automation via Flows and approval processes, and sandbox environments according to best practices
• Sales Cloud & CPQ - Configure and manage forecasting, quotas, territory management, products and price books, account and opportunity ownership assignment, and quote templates
• Reporting & Analytics - Build and maintain reports and dashboards for revenue-centric teams; support leadership with pipeline, bookings, and forecast visibility; ensure data accuracy and consistency across objects
• Data Governance - Maintain data quality standards across key objects in the CRM; manage deduplication, enrichment, data imports and exports, and data hygiene processes; support data auditing and reconciliation between Salesforce and other revenue systems
• User Support & Training - Serve as frontline support for Salesforce-related questions and troubleshooting; support system enablement by producing documentation and training materials; monitor and drive user adoption
• Integration Management - Implement, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other key solutions for sales engagement, e-signature and CLM, marketing automation, etc.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify and surface process gaps and system inefficiencies; stay current on Salesforce releases and compliance requirements; partner with RevOps leadership on roadmap prioritization

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Deep Sales Cloud expertise
• CPQ administration experience
• Proficiency in Flow Builder
• Expertise in reporting and analytics for operational and executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using technical prowess and a consultative working style
