Senior ERP/CRM Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced ERP / Workday Test Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the programme testing lifecycle. You will ensure that business processes, integrations, data migration, security and reporting are fully validated and that the organisation is ready for a successful go-live. Acting as the central point of coordination between the programme team, systems integrator, Workday, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you will provide independent assurance over solution quality, programme risk and deployment readiness. The role

You will: * Develop and maintain the Programme Test Strategy and Test Plan. * Establish testing standards, governance, controls and reporting. * Define entry and exit criteria for each testing phase. * Plan and coordinate testing across a multi-module deployment. * Manage test-script preparation, execution, schedules and resources. * Coordinate business participation and support users through UAT. * Facilitate test-planning, defect-triage and readiness workshops. * Establish and manage the programme defect process. * Monitor testing progress, risks, defects and quality metrics. * Ensure business processes are fully represented within test scenarios. * Support dress rehearsals, cutover and deployment planning. * Provide formal testing sign-off and go-live readiness recommendations.

Previous experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager. * Experience leading testing across a multi-module enterprise-system deployment. * Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement modules or processes. * Experience developing test strategies and programme test plans. * Strong UAT, defect-management and quality-assurance experience. * The ability to coordinate business users, technical teams and external partners. * Excellent stakeholder-management, reporting and communication skills. * Experience assessing risk and readiness ahead of go-live.

Previous experience leading an ERP testing programme is highly desirable. Workday knowledge or experience supporting a Workday deployment would be particularly advantageous, although strong candidates from other ERP platforms will also be considered. What’s on offer *
