Stairlift Installs training/ Technical Support-Mobility lift Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Stairlift Technical installation Trainer/Manager/Technical Support professional to deliver and manage the comprehensive technical training programs. This role is pivotal in equipping our teams and clients with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in a rapidly evolving Mobility landscape. You will serve as a key resource in providing Technical Installation instructional content, providing expert technical support, and fostering continuous learning through innovative online and instructor-led training methods. Your energetic approach will drive the success of our training initiatives, ensuring clarity, proficiency, and confidence across all users., * Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions both in classroom settings and via online platforms, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

• Provide expert technical support to clients and internal teams on Stairlifts, Platform lifts, residential elevators
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new training modules aligned with evolving product features and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Stairlifts, platform lifts and residential elevators to ensure seamless user experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for creating instructional materials and reports.
• Extensive experience in delivering technical support across various platforms.
• Strong background in Stairlift, Platform Lift and Residential elevators
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative training programs that enhance professional growth within techincal environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyse training needs through assessment skills and adapt programs accordingly for maximum impact.
