In this role, youāll provide hands-on technical support to our employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and keep our technology running smoothly. Your expertise will help our team stay connected, productive, and ready to succeed.

What Youāll Do:
- Support & Troubleshoot: Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to keep employees productive.
- Install & Maintain: Set up, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral devices.
- Respond & Resolve: Handle support requests by phone, email, or in person and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Document & Collaborate: Document solutions, maintain IT procedures, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex issues.
- Train & Assist: Help employees navigate systems and software while providing guidance on IT best practices.
- Improve & Stay Current: Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments while staying up to date on emerging technologies and security practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required. Associateās degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and common business applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Security or equivalent MDM/MAM required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceDesk, Jira Service Management, Asana)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
