  • 8-10+ years in CRM, enterprise architecture, or integration roles
  • Proven ability to review SI deliverables, ensuring high-quality design, clean code, and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Experience governing integrations, customizations, and deployments across distributed internal and vendor teams.

  • Hands-on experience with environment management, release management, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring
  • Strong incident management and root-cause analysis skills for complex, cross-platform issues.

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce-based CRM platforms; MuleSoft experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of API-based and event-driven integrations (REST, async).
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Data Cloud or enterprise data integrations.
  • Familiarity with large data volume (LDV) considerations, data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience supporting releases, environment coordination, and production monitoring.
  • Knowledge of compliance-driven design in regulated life-sciences environments.
