Enterprise Platform Manager - Support and Enablement

We are now seeking an Enterprise Platform Manager to lead the design, delivery and ongoing performance of our core business systems.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring that our enterprise systems - including Housing Management, Salesforce, Field Service and Core Business systems - are aligned with organisational priorities, governed effectively and continuously improved.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering and testing
• Establish and maintain effective architecture governance frameworks
• Ensure enterprise platforms are reliable, secure and performant
• Develop and oversee platform roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives
• Balance operational service delivery with system enhancement and transformation
• Manage suppliers and external delivery partners
• Oversee budgets, resources and platform investment decisions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business needs

• Proven experience leading enterprise platform or systems teams
• Strong understanding of architecture principles and governance
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change in complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing suppliers, budgets and technical delivery
