Job description

• Installation und Konfiguration von Clients mittels Matrix oder Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Bearbeitung und eigenständige Lösung der Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support
• Pflege, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation aller IT-Assets
• Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im Clientumfeld
• Dokumentation aller Supportfälle und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
• Durchführung standardisierter Client-Rollouts sowie Begleitung von Windows-Migrationen

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Praktische Erfahrung in Softwareverteilung und Client-Bereitstellung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Windows 11
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune, Matrix sowie Asset-Management
