Job description
An exciting and unique opportunity has become available at Fisher Motor Factors for a versatile and proactive IT & Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working across different areas of a business. You’ll be our go-to person for day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting, while also helping us manage and develop our website, e-commerce activity and digital presence., IT & Network Support
- Provide day-to-day IT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Set up and maintain computers, printers, software and user access
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, routers, LAN and wider networking issues, helping keep our systems reliable and effective
Remote Client Support
- Remotely access client computers to diagnose and resolve technical issues with paint management software as directed by our suppliers.
- Provide clear, professional support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ConnectWise or similar
Website & E-Commerce
- Manage the back end of our website and online shop, including products, inventory, content and user access
- Troubleshoot website issues and support the ongoing development and improvement of our online presence
- Front-end website design experience, particularly WordPress, would be advantageous but isn’t essential
Social Media & Digital Content
- Manage and maintain our presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content, using Canva to produce digital graphics and promotional material
- Support wider digital campaigns and help keep our online presence active and professional

Requirements
We’re looking for someone technically confident, practical and self-motivated who enjoys taking ownership, finding solutions and making improvements where needed., You’ll ideally have previous experience within an IT support, desktop support or similar technical role, alongside the confidence to work independently and solve problems.
You should also have:
- Strong general IT skills, with experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi, routers, LAN and remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk or ConnectWise
- Familiarity with website and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or similar
- Confidence managing business social media channels and creating digital content using Canva
- Excellent communication skills with a patient, professional approach to supporting colleagues and clients
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to take ownership of problems
Experience with WordPress and front-end website design would be particularly useful, although this isn’t essential.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
What we offer
- £35,000-£45,000 basic annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications
- Bonus scheme with OTE of £45,000 plus possible
- Full-time, permanent position
