Senior Change Management Consultant

**6 month contract - A flexible, predominantly remote working environment, with customer-site travel when needed, alongside a collaborative and supportive team culture focused on development, wellbeing and inclusion**

Change Management in Tier 1 Enterprise Applications, HCM/ business transformation programmes, Stakeholder management, Strategic Advice.

Join a collaborative, people-focused team supporting large-scale enterprise technology transformations across EMEA., You’ll partner with senior consultants and customer stakeholders to drive successful adoption of enterprise software, owning or supporting activities including:

• Stakeholder identification and change impact analysis
• Change, communications and training planning
• Readiness and adoption assessments
• Development of communications and training materials
• Change planning, tracking and delivery
• Advising customers on the people impact of technology and process changes

• 5+ years’ experience with Tier 1 enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in change management on large HCM or business transformation programmes
• 5+ years’ consulting experience, either in-house, consultancy, software or customer-side
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Comfortable combining strategic advice with hands-on delivery
• Experience supporting organisations through technology and process change
• Workday experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• English required; German and/or French advantageous
