  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity with confidence and clarity
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions, providing clear instructions tailored to their level of technical knowledge
  • Log all support interactions accurately in the ticketing system, tracking issue status and resolutions for continuous improvement
  • Escalate complex problems to specialized teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to deliver accurate assistance consistently
  • Follow up with users post-resolution to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback for service enhancement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role, preferably within IT or technology sectors
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently using diagnostic tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting support cases and resolutions

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), common software applications, and networking fundamentals
