Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Konfiguration und Administration von Netzwerk-Komponenten
  • Verantwortung für die Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung interner Systeme
  • Betreuung und Monitoring von Managementsystemen
  • Analyse und Feststellung von Störungsursachen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Störungsbehebung
  • Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Firewall-Systemen
  • Unterstützung beim Schutz des Netzwerks vor Schad- und Sabotagesoftware
  • Administration und Pflege von Netzwerkdiensten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.
  • Praxiserfahrungen in der Betreuung von IT-Systemen sowie im Kunden-Support
  • Fachwissen in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Netzwerktechnologien (z. B. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN) und Betriebssystemen
  • Fachwissen und/oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Microsoft Windows Server und Active Directory
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Hard- und Software
