Job description

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Verwaltung von IT-Anwendungen und Cloud-Services, insb. MS Office 365
  • First-Level-Support und Koordination von IT-Service- und Infrastruktur-Partnern
  • Auswahl, Test und Freigabe von IT-Hardware und -Software
  • Ausrollen von IT-Richtlinien und Softwareprodukten
  • User Account Management
  • Koordination und Abstimmung der Punkte IT-Sicherheit, IT-Service und IT-Backup
  • Unterstützung interner IT-Projekte

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung als Mitarbeiter IT-Helpdesk und/oder -Systemadministrator wünschenswert
  • Fachwissen in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Netzwerktechnologien (z. B. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN) und Betriebssystemen
  • Fachwissen und/oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Microsoft Windows Server und Active Directory
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Hard- und Software
