Job description

This role will be based at Meadow’s head office in Chester for 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. Working hours for this role are from 08:30 to 16:30 from Monday to Friday., * Review, cleanse, and update records to improve data accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent entries across spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
  • Maintain organised data sets and ensure information is entered correctly and consistently.
  • Work with colleagues across departments to resolve data issues and confirm corrections.
  • Track progress of cleansing activities and report on data quality improvements.
  • Follow data protection, confidentiality, and information governance procedures at all times.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Meadow Foods is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Cleansing Analyst to support the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data across multiple systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their data career who enjoys working with spreadsheets, spotting anomalies, and improving data quality through careful validation and correction., * A-levels or degree in a relevant subject such as business, IT, data, or mathematics., * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence handling large volumes of data.

  • Ability to spot patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies in data.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage routine tasks accurately.
  • Exposure to data cleansing, reporting, or database work through study, internship, or previous employment.
  • Awareness of data privacy and security principles.
