SAP EWM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support a strategic logistics and manufacturing initiative. The successful candidate will provide operational support and enhancement services across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and manufacturing processes, supporting live sites with a primary focus on Austria, including Schaftenau. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve incoming support tickets, defects, and change requests through designated support tools.Assess and validate business requirements in collaboration with process owners.Analyse and design solutions in partnership with key stakeholders, including:Local Business TeamsCore Project TeamsAdoption TeamsTechnical Development TeamsProcess OwnersApplication Management Support TeamsDevelop and implement approved change requests.Present proposed changes at Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and obtain necessary approvals.Collaborate closely with design, adoption, and business-as-usual (BAU) teams, providing support where required.Contribute to smooth service transition activities and ongoing operational excellence.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical ExpertiseStrong experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and warehouse operations.Solid understanding of warehouse systems and operational processes within Austrian sites.Deep knowledge of SAP ecosystems and connected satellite systems, particularly:Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Local Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Experience supporting manufacturing and logistics environments in regulated industries.Business Process KnowledgeComprehensive understanding of:Drug Substance (DS) operationsDrug Product (DP) operationsFamiliarity with logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing processes across supported sites, particularly in Austria and Schaftenau.Additional RequirementsStrong knowledge of the current SAP project landscape and associated business processes.Previous involvement in SAP implementation, support, or transition projects.Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
