Technical Leadership

• Promote agile methodologies and maintain high-quality coding standards.
• Provide technical and commercial insight to help align development activity with business priorities.
• Guide colleagues on delivery feasibility, technical approaches, and product lifecycle decisions.

Software Development

• Develop new features and functionality across our digital product portfolio.
• Maintain and improve existing applications, including bug fixes, testing, and performance optimisation.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following modern development practices.
• Participate in release planning, deployment processes, and testing activities.

Product Development & Innovation

• Contribute to product development discussions and help shape future platform capabilities.
• Support the design and development of new tools and features.
• Provide input into product roadmaps and technical feasibility.

Collaboration & Technical Support

• Work closely with internal teams including product, sales, and customer success.
• Support customer-facing discussions by providing technical insight and feasibility assessments.
• Assist colleagues with problem-solving and technical guidance for digital solutions.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and development workflows.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and development tools.

• Commercial experience developing with PHP.
• Frontend web development experience including JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Experience with MySQL database design and development.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with 3D libraries such as Three.js.
• Experience developing with Moodle.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS (HubL) development.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of Linux server management and web hosting environments.
