Job description
- Owning and administering the global Infor ERP platform, including Infor CloudSuite A&D (LN/WFM/HCM/XM/EPM/OS/RPA), ensuring system stability, performance, security, availability and governance.
- Leading and managing the Infor Centre of Competence, coordinating internal resources, key users, technical teams and external implementation and support partners.
- Providing global ownership of Infor application support and system administration.
- Managing incident, problem, service request and change management across the organisation.
- Managing the full Infor system lifecycle, including releases, upgrades, patches, enhancements, configuration, optimisation and new functionality.
- Establishing and maintaining effective system governance, standards, processes and controls across the global Infor environment.
- Managing and coordinating integrations between Infor and other enterprise applications, ensuring reliability, data integrity and appropriate technical governance.
- Maintaining the Infor application roadmap and ensuring system evolution and investment remain aligned with business strategy and digital transformation objectives.
- Working with global business stakeholders and process owners to identify opportunities for business process improvement, system optimisation, automation and enhanced user experience.
- Ensuring effective global service delivery, change management, release management and user adoption across the organisation.
- Managing relationships with Infor and third-party service providers, ensuring appropriate service levels, performance, issue resolution and value for money.
- Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating priorities, resources, budgets, risks and delivery across the global Infor landscape.
- Ensuring documentation, knowledge management, system procedures and technical and functional standards are maintained and continuously improved.
- Monitoring system performance, capacity, security and operational risks, taking proactive action to ensure the continued reliability and scalability of the platform.
- Supporting future deployments, enhancements, acquisitions, organisational changes and business transformation initiatives requiring changes to the global Infor environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering and managing a global Infor ERP platform, preferably Infor CloudSuite A&D or Infor CloudSuite.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of the Infor platform, including system administration, configuration, security, integrations, releases, upgrades, troubleshooting and optimisation.
- Experience establishing or managing an ERP Centre of Competence or Centre of Excellence, including coordinating internal teams and external service providers.
- Experience managing global application support operations, third-party providers, vendors and service-level agreements.
- Strong understanding of ERP governance, IT service management, change management, release management and continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, senior management and external partners.
- Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable and effective solutions within the Infor environment.
- Experience working within a multinational manufacturing organisation is highly desirable, preferably within the aerospace or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Experience managing ERP platforms following Go-Live, with a strong focus on operational stability, continuous improvement and long-term system evolution.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
