Job description
Working within the Children and Young People Directorates as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making across Children’s Services. Using Power BI, SQL and other analytical tools, you will develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, and support statutory and performance reporting. You will play a key role in helping services understand performance, identify trends and improve outcomes for residents..
Requirements
Are you passionate about using data to improve services and outcomes for children and young people? Do you have strong Power BI and data visualisation skills, experience of querying databases, manipulating and analysing complex datasets, and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights for senior leaders and operational teams? Join us and help shape data-informed decision-making across our Children and Young People Directorate., We are looking for a curious and analytical individual who can turn complex data into meaningful insight and help drive service improvement. You will be confident working with large datasets, creating engaging dashboards and communicating findings to a wide range of audiences. Equally important is your ability to build positive relationships, understand stakeholder needs and deliver practical, data-driven solutions. Above all, you will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people through the effective use of data and intelligence.
