Job description

We’re looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join a small, friendly IT team, providing day-to-day technical support to users across the business., * Provide 1st line support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and user accounts

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating more complex problems where required
  • Set up equipment, onboard users and provide general technical support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a 1st line / service desk / IT support role
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable

  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience with VoIP, hardware or business systems, * 1st line
