Data Analyst (Mail)

As a Data Analyst (Mail), you will be responsible for producing high-quality reports and data insights that support operational decision-making and client reporting. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and service delivery metrics., * Produce daily reports on collected volumes and service performance metrics

• Monitor and report on key service level indicators and forecasting accuracy
• Respond to client and internal queries within agreed service levels (SLA)
• Compile monthly reports aligned to client specifications and financial data
• Prepare quarterly reporting packs for client review presentations
• Develop ad hoc and bespoke reports for stakeholders
• Perform reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support operational teams with handover and performance data reporting
• Provide financial reporting insights based on data analysis
• Support the Senior Mail Ops Team Leader with service level reporting

Do you have experience in VBA?, * Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple data sets and reporting requirements

Desirable:

• Knowledge of DSA mail processes
• Intermediate skill in MS Excel to include VBA / Power Pivot / Power Query
• SQL Studio Manager to include running scripts and processes
