SAP HCM US Payroll Time Management Position

• Own US Payroll operations and monitor S/4 - SuccessFactors integrations
• Lead P1/P2 payroll incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate with stakeholders
• Act as the functional lead for SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting Management and Onboarding
• Manage onshore stakeholder relationships and lead discussions with business users, IT, and offshore teams
• Provide timely status updates, review solution designs, and ensure adherence to change management processes
• Mentor offshore teams for effective knowledge transfer and process continuity

This position requires strong functional experience in SAP HCM US Payroll Time Management, along with a good understanding of payroll processing, time evaluation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting (RCM), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Organizational Management / Personnel Administration (OM/PA), and Payroll Operations & Support., * Strong hands-on experience with IDOCs, Interfaces, and SAP S/4HANA Payroll operations

• SuccessFactors functional experience and integrations with certification
• Good understanding of SAP-SuccessFactors integrations
• Proven experience handling critical payroll incidents in production environments
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Exposure to AMS and Maintain delivery models
• Experience coordinating onshore-offshore delivery teams
