Job description

A well-funded, fast-growing AI startup is hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to help build the next generation of operational software in a large, legacy industry being transformed by automation. This is an opportunity to join early, work directly with founders, and own high-impact product features from day one. The business has strong funding, rapid growth, and real-world product-market fit. The RoleYou’ll join a lean, high-performing engineering team building internal and customer-facing products powered by AI. They’re particularly keen to hire someone with strong front-end capability who can complement an existing backend-heavy team, while still being comfortable shipping across the stack. You’ll own features end-to-end - from understanding user problems, defining solutions, building the product, and iterating quickly based on feedback. What You’ll Be DoingOwning product features from idea to production launchBuilding polished front-end experiences using TypeScript / Next.jsDeveloping backend services and APIs using Node.jsBuilding AI-adjacent features such as:document processing workflowsemail automationcommunication / voice pipelinesinternal operations toolingWorking closely with operations and commercial teams to solve real user pain pointsShipping quickly in a highly iterative product environmentHelping shape engineering culture and standards

Requirements
