Full Stack Developer

I’m working with a growing London fintech that is looking to hire a Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend lean.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more ownership, more product impact, and the chance to work in a smaller engineering team where your work is visible from day one.

They’re not looking for someone who just wants to pick up tickets.

They want someone curious, proactive and hands-on. Someone who enjoys understanding the product, building clean backend services, working across the stack when needed, and helping shape how things are built as the business scales.

What you’ll be working on:

Building backend services, APIs and product workflows Working across Node.js, TypeScript and React Designing and improving database-backed systems Collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership Taking ownership of features from idea through to release Helping improve quality, reliability and engineering standards

Tech environment:

• TypeScript
• React
• PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• AWS
• Docker / CI/CD
• APIs / integrations

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, This could suit someone who has worked in a startup, scale-up, fintech, SaaS or product-led environment and wants to step into a role with real progression potential.

The team values enthusiasm, ownership and growth mindset as much as years of experience.

Ideal profile:

2-6 years’ commercial software engineering experience Strong Node.js / TypeScript experience Comfortable with React Product-minded and hands-on Enjoys smaller teams and faster-moving environments Wants to grow with the company

Salary is up to £55,000 + benefits + share options.
