Design and build AI-powered workflows that remove friction and boost efficiency across the business (e.g. document processing, bank statement parsing, news summarisation)Develop LLM-based applications using RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning where it drives measurable gains Manage AI infrastructure and tool integrations (API gateways, MCPs, external services) with appropriate governance and access controlsDesign data pipelines and system architecture to support AI workflows at scale, working with databases and vector search solutionsGather requirements, understand pain points, and co-design solutions with business teams to translate operational problems into technical implementationsDeploy solutions within enterprise environments (Azure, AWS, Databricks), with occasional ownership of monitoring and iterationMaintain code quality through testing, version control and CI/CD practices

3+ years in software engineering or AI application development, with shipped production projectsProficiency in Python and SQLExperience building LLM-based applications (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)Experience designing and building end-to-end projects, ideally with personal AI projects that demonstrate passion for the spaceStrong problem-solving ability with a focus on real-world applicationsExperience with API integrations and building systems that connect multiple servicesGood communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders Desired Skills Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search)Experience deploying applications on AzureUnderstanding of CI/CD and software engineering best practicesExperience building workflow automation systemsFamiliarity with DatabricksExposure to financial services or trading environments, Degree in STEM or relatedDemonstrated portfolio of AI or automation projects - We would love to see your GithubExperience working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

You’ll design and ship AI workflows that replace manual processes across the business - delivering faster execution, lower costs, and new capabilities. This is a high-ownership role with real visibility and impact. You’ll take solutions from concept to production in weeks, not months.
