SAP S/4HANA Service Analyst

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP S/4HANA Service, including incidents, service requests, defects, and system issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable solutions to recurring issues.
• Configure, support, and maintain:
• Service Order Management
• Service Contracts & Entitlements
• Warranty Management & Claims
• Repair Processes
• Resource Scheduling
• Service Billing
• Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA Service and SD, MM, FI/CO, and PM/EAM.
• Support SAP Fiori applications and mobile solutions used by service and field service teams.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, integration testing, and production releases.
• Support change, incident, and problem management processes in production environments.
• Develop user documentation and provide end-user training as needed.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and deliver continuous improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues while maintaining system performance, user satisfaction, and business continuity.
• Participate in on-call/off-hours support when required.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, support system enhancements, and continuously improve service management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, Customer Service (CS), Plant Maintenance (PM), or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and related integrations., * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 10-15 years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on Service, Customer Service, Plant Maintenance, or Enterprise Asset Management.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Service experience.
• Strong experience supporting SAP production environments, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience supporting SAP Fiori and mobile Field Service Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations across:
• SAP SD
• SAP MM
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP PM/EAM
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Service Order Management
• Service Contracts & Entitlements
• Warranty & Claims Management
• Service Billing and Finance Processes
• Experience with SAP testing methodologies and release management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting both SAP ECC PM/CS and SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and support processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing/workflow platforms.
• Experience supporting global users across multiple regions and time zones.
• Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) and related mobility solutions.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA Service, Customer Service, or Plant Maintenance.
