Job description

  • Build new features using modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Taking prototypes from design stage through to build stage, collaborating with our UX/UI team to deliver the best experience for our clients
  • Enforcing brand consistency in our UI across all applications
  • Continually improve the front-end structure, speed, delivery and standards, ensuring the code is maintainable and efficient
  • Create new reusable components
  • Work alongside our Back-End team to deliver new features, or improve existing ones
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure quality deliverables
  • Working with our Client Services team to provide technical analysis, support and fixes
  • Support the Front-End Team Lead to guide and support the Front-End team

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, * Good knowledge of building responsive, progressive web applications

  • Working with modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with SCSS or Tailwind CSS framework
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Using JavaScript asset-building pipelines (eg, Webpack, Gulp, etc)
  • Front-End testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and methodologies (TDD, BDD)
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
  • Understanding of software design patterns
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
