Requirements

We are seeking candidates with strong data leadership, stakeholder management and analytical delivery experience who can combine strategic oversight with hands-on engagement. The successful candidate will lead a team of analysts, drive the development of supervisory intelligence and reporting capabilities, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure analytical outputs support regulatory decision-making. If you have experience leading analytics teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering impactful data-driven outcomes within complex environments, we would be keen to hear from you. Essential skills: Essential Experience:

5-7 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data delivery or related disciplines, including experience leading teams or workstreams
Experience leading data, analytics or intelligence teams in complex and fast-paced environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, including engaging and influencing senior business stakeholders
Experience translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for decision makers
Experience managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes under challenging timescales
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure and solve ambiguous business challenges
Experience overseeing data analysis, dashboard development and reporting activities
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster effective collaboration across business and technical stakeholders
Strong communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and obtaining stakeholder feedback
Evidence of coaching, supporting and quality assuring the work of analysts and wider project teams

Highly Desirable:

Experience working within financial services, regulatory organisations or other highly regulated environments
Knowledge of regulatory reporting, supervisory intelligence or risk analytics
Experience leading data-led transformation, analytics or reporting programmes
Experience using data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and business outcomes
Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to senior executives or leadership teams
