Senior IT Project Manager - EHR Implementation || Harrisburg, PA

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare IT/project management experience and a proven history of leading EHR/EMR implementations, particularly projects involving the transition from paper-based charting to electronic records., * Active PMI PMP certification held for at least 5 years

• Copy of valid PMP certification must be provided with submission
• 7-9+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong EHR/EMR implementation experience
• Healthcare IT / Health Informatics experience
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Large-scale healthcare or government IT implementation experience
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, RAID logs, testing, training, and go-live activities
