Test Automation Engineer (AI-Assisted)

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites across enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) and non-D365 web and API applications.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate test creation, maintenance, and coverage (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI test generation, self-healing tests).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD across Azure DevOps pipelines and GitHub (Actions, PR quality gates).
• Build UI, API, and regression automation, including data-driven and end-to-end scenarios.
• Establish test frameworks, standards, and reporting; reduce manual regression effort.
• Partner with development, QA, and product teams to shift quality left.

• 4+ years in test automation engineering.
• Hands-on automated testing of Dynamics 365 (or a comparable ERP/CRM platform) AND general web/API applications.
• Strong with a mainstream automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or a D365-oriented tool such as EasyRepro / Power Apps Test Studio).
• CI/CD test integration with BOTH Azure DevOps pipelines AND GitHub (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted testing tools (Copilot, AI test generation/self-healing).
• Scripting in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (this role cannot consider H-1B).

Nice-to-haves

• API testing (Postman / REST Assured) and performance testing.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Test management with Azure DevOps Test Plans; GitHub Advanced Security., * Can you work in the U.S. without any visa sponsorship, now or in the future (i.e., you do not hold or need an H-1B)?
• Do you have hands-on experience building automated tests for BOTH Dynamics 365 (or a comparable ERP/CRM) AND non-D365 web/API applications?
• Have you integrated automated tests into CI/CD using BOTH Azure DevOps pipelines AND GitHub (e.g., GitHub Actions)?
• Do you have hands-on experience using AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI test generation or self-healing tests)?
• This is a 1099 contract role. Are you able to work on a 1099 basis?

• 1099 contract, $55-65/hr, fully remote (U.S.).
