Copilot Adoption Lead

You will help turn the Copilot rollout into a structured productivity and capability programme, ensuring users receive the appropriate training, communication, guidance and support. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, Microsoft partners, Learning and Development, Communications, Security and Data Governance teams to drive the safe and measurable adoption of Copilot., * Support the phased rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation.

• Define user personas, priority groups, adoption waves and business-readiness criteria.
• Maintain rollout plans, dependencies, risks, issues and key decisions.
• Coordinate rollout readiness, communications and adoption activities with internal teams and Microsoft partners.
• Support the transition from the organisation’s existing in-house AI tool to Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Help develop an agentic marketplace to encourage the use of approved Copilot agents.
• Develop Copilot guidance for executives, managers, knowledge workers, analysts and operational teams.
• Coordinate practical training, demonstrations, clinics, webinars and user-support materials.
• Create prompt guidance, FAQs, how-to content, use-case libraries and success stories.
• Support AI Champions with training materials, community updates and escalation routes.
• Work with stakeholders to identify practical Copilot use cases that improve productivity, quality and consistency.
• Prioritise use cases according to value, suitability, risk, reusability and ease of adoption.
• Track adoption levels, usage, feedback, training attendance, benefits and potential barriers.
• Produce regular adoption updates and capture lessons from pilots and early adopters.
• Ensure Copilot adoption follows approved data, privacy, security and Responsible AI requirements.

Experience:

• Copilot: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• UK Driving license and Own vehicle (preferred)

• Experience supporting the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, digital workplace tools, AI tools or other enterprise technology.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Viva or SharePoint knowledge management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases, prompt guidance, agents, adoption barriers and user-support requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, training and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to create clear guidance, use cases, FAQs, playbooks and adoption materials.
• Experience tracking usage, feedback, training activity, adoption levels and benefits.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, technology teams, Learning and Development, Communications, Security, Data Governance and external partners.
• Strong awareness of data privacy, information security, oversharing risks and Responsible AI use.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with enterprise change management, champions networks, digital adoption platforms or training delivery.
• Experience supporting phased technology rollouts across large user populations.
• Experience measuring productivity benefits, time savings, quality improvements or user satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, retention and information protection.
• Experience within infrastructure services, utilities, transport, telecommunications, water or field operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL, service adoption or change-management frameworks.
