School Data Lead - Arbor Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and independent Data Lead with specialist expertise in the Arbor Management Information System (MIS) to support our school on an urgent basis., * School Census: Lead, manage, and successfully submit the statutory School Census using Arbor, ensuring full data accuracy and compliance.

• Marksheets & Assessment: Design, configure, and maintain assessment marksheets within Arbor to support academic tracking and reporting across year groups.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build custom reports, dashboards, and data extractions for senior leadership and department heads to support decision-making.
• System Maintenance: Maintain data integrity within Arbor, ensuring all student, staff, and timetable records are up to date.
• Independent Execution: Work autonomously to resolve system issues, optimize workflows, and deliver data tasks within tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our academic data infrastructure, including setting up marksheets, configuring custom reporting, and leading the completion of the upcoming school census. You must be able to hit the ground running and work autonomously from day one., * Essential: Extensive, hands-on experience using and administering the Arbor MIS in a school environment.

• Essential: Proven track record of preparing and submitting the statutory School Census via Arbor.
• Essential: Strong technical proficiency in building marksheets and generating custom reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining strict data accuracy and confidentiality.
