Junior WordPress Developer

• Build and maintain WordPress websites
• Assist with website updates, enhancements and bug fixes
• Develop responsive website layouts and functionality
• Work with themes, plugins and page builders
• Support the migration and deployment of websites
• Optimise website speed, performance and security
• Perform website testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure seamless performance and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to clients
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and senior developers
• Assist with SEO and website performance improvements
• Keep up to date with WordPress developments and best practices
• Assist clients via email, phone, Teams / Zoom

Ideally you will have 2+ years experience with working with WordPress either in an agency or as a sole developer / designer.

• Knowledge of WordPress CMS
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with PHP

• Experience with Elementor, Divi or similar page builders
• Knowledge of WooCommerce
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Experience working with website hosting platforms

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year, * Web development: 2 years (required)
