Job description

You’ll report to the Trust’s Service Desk Manager and work alongside IT Managers at our other five secondaries, with central support for projects, procurement and security. The Trust is investing in a consistent IT model across all its academies and this post is central to it.

Requirements

  • Experience managing IT services in a school or comparable multi-user environment
  • Solid Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server and Intune administration
  • Networking knowledge across switching, wireless and firewalls
  • A track record of delivering technical projects or migrations to plan
  • The ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as regular travel between the three sites is a core part of the role

Microsoft or networking certifications, experience in a multi-academy trust, and familiarity with education platforms are welcome but not essential.
