Project Systems & Information Lead

You’ll be the central point for CDE configuration, document-control leadership, and digital system support, ensuring accurate, compliant information flows across design, commercial and construction teams., * Lead and mentor Document Controller(s)

• Ensure compliant document control aligned with ISO 19650
• Configure and manage the project CDE and field-management tools
• Maintain workflows, permissions and information security
• Deliver training and first-line system support
• Oversee audits, quality checks and data governance
• Drive digital adoption and process improvement

Do you have experience in Mentoring?, * Strong background in document control or information management

• Experience on major construction projects, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor
• Hands-on experience with CDE platforms (e.g., Viewpoint)
• Confident leading or mentoring others
• Good understanding of ISO 19650 and digital construction processes
• Strong IT skills, attention to detail and proactive mindset
