Job description

As a key player, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain execution and provide innovative solutions for dynamic business challenges., * System Implementation & Configuration:

Lead the configuration and deployment of Manhattan Active WM solutions to support warehouse operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define system requirements and tailor configurations accordingly.
Operational Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide day-to-day support for Manhattan Active WM, addressing technical issues and optimizing workflows.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Integration Management:
Ensure seamless integration between Manhattan Active WM and other enterprise systems, including ERP, TMS, and MHE/ASRS solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Process Optimization:
Analyze warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend system-driven enhancements.
Support automation initiatives and the adoption of new features.
Testing & Documentation:
Conduct end-to-end testing of system configurations and upgrades.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and best practices.
Reporting & Insights:
Build and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into key warehouse KPIs.
Leverage SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) for advanced reporting and analytics.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field., * Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Manhattan Active WM or legacy Manhattan WMS systems.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Experience with MHE/ASRS systems and their integration with WMS platforms., * Familiarity with cloud-based Manhattan Active architecture.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment., * Certification in Manhattan Active WM or related modules.
Experience with SCI for reporting and business intelligence.
Background in high-volume warehouse environments, eCommerce, or 3PL operations.
