Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, developing insightful visualisations, and supporting business decision-making processes. The ideal applicant will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively across various departments., * Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other relevant tools.

• Develop interactive dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and Power BI to present key insights clearly.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and optimise database schemas within Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and other database systems.
• Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage projects through the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions.
• Utilise VBA and Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation and data processing tasks.
• Create detailed documentation using Visio for process flows and system architecture diagrams.
• Support project management activities by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring stakeholder communication.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and VBA.
• Solid understanding of database design principles and experience working with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and experience in creating detailed documentation using Visio.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
