Job description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models that solve real-world problems and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams, you will play a central role in shaping the AI strategy and technical architecture of the organisation.

Responsibilities will include designing and building machine learning models and AI pipelines, developing and maintaining scalable data infrastructure to support AI workloads, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions, evaluating and integrating third-party AI tools, APIs, and large language models, monitoring model performance and implementing improvements over time, staying at the forefront of developments in AI and machine learning research and applying relevant advancements to the organisation’s work, and contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

What We Are Looking ForProven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience working with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or natural language processing. Solid understanding of data engineering principles and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and versioning. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential where equivalent experience can be demonstrated.
