Requirements

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (7+ years) with 5+ years of recent Angular 15+, 5+ years of Java Spring Boot, and 5+ years of hands-on SQL Server expertise (advanced querying, indexing, and performance tuning), proven experience delivering enterprise-scale production applications, strong architectural decision-making skills, and demonstrated leadership in leveraging agentic IDEs and AI-assisted SDLC including AI governance, autonomous coding guardrails, CI/CD integration, multi-service modernization, security, compliance, and team mentorship.

Mandatory skills

7+ years full-stack experience 5+ years recent Angular (v15+) 5+ years Java (Spring Boot) 5+ years SQL Server - Strong SQL Server (writing queries, indexing, performance tuning-not just CRUD)
Has worked on production enterprise applications Can explain architecture decisions, not just code Automatic rejects: Oder version Angular (<17) Mostly backend with “some frontend exposure”
Only using ORMs without understanding SQL//’ Proven experience architecting and delivering systems using agentic IDEs Ability to:
