Requirements

We are seeking a Customer Engineer to provide hands-on L1.5 technical support in an onsite enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows and MacBook troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to resolve hardware, software, OS, printer, and connectivity issues., * Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, repair and support Windows 10/11 PCs, laptops, printers and specialized devices.

  • Deploy, configure, troubleshoot and repair MacBook hardware and macOS, including related peripherals.
  • Install and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
  • Follow company IT processes, procedures and standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external users.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Pharma/regulated-industry experience is a plus.
  • A+, Network+, ITIL or similar certifications are preferred., * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Desktop support: 3 years (Preferred)
  • desktop support withing enterprise environment : 4 years (Preferred)
