Job description

Architect and design Salesforce PRM solutions aligned with healthcare business needs.
Lead end-to-end implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and integration.
Collaborate with ScaleHealthTech stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce functionality.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for Salesforce PRM.
Conduct system testing, performance optimization, and user training.
Act as a trusted advisor for long-term scalability and innovation in provider relationship management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a focus on PRM.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, PRM modules, and integration patterns.
Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and data migration.
Experience working with healthcare provider networks and physician engagement workflows.
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Consultant).
Prior consulting experience in healthcare technology projects.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
