Help Desk Technician

• Provide technical support to attorneys and staff in person, by phone, email and through the Firm’s help desk ticketing system
• Troubleshoot laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other technology equipment
• Support audio and visual technology needs for meetings, presentations, conferences and events
• Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
• Deliver responsive, professional support with a client-service mindset

• 1-3 years of relevant help desk, technical support, or customer service experience
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and mobile devices
• Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, network connectivity troubleshooting)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation for regular travel to Greenwich and occasional travel to other firm offices
