Job description
- Provide Help Desk/Service Desk support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Support both macOS/Apple and Windows environments.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Train users on applications and hardware.
- Coordinate and triage issues with third-party IT providers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support experience.
- Strong macOS/Apple support experience.
- Windows/Microsoft support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Apple certification or Apple Genius experience is a plus.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
