Job description

  • Apply business analysis techniques to evaluate current services, processes, and problem statements.
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and non-functional requirements using relevant methods.
  • Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all project delivery stages.
  • Ensure all documentation receives the necessary agreement and approvals before progressing through delivery phases.
  1. Project Methodologies * Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies appropriately to project needs. * Demonstrate an Agile mindset and customer-centred approach in all work aspects. * Collaborate closely with business areas to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive cross-team collaboration. * Support Product Owners and Project Managers in prioritisation, decision-making, and delivery planning.

  2. Stakeholder Engagement * Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholder groups and tailor communication to suit audience needs. * Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure shared understanding across teams. * Communicate clearly, consistently, and effectively to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Business analysis?, We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to support data and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proven experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes., * Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within Data and Digital project environments

  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Skilled in preparing clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops, capture actions, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with Data and engineering teams and defining business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., * Act as a proactive communicator, decision-maker, and problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Work collaboratively within project teams while maintaining confidence to operate independently when needed.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from experience.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to simplify and present complex business or technical concepts.
  • Support decision-making through research and data insights, understanding their broader impact.
  • Display significant experience working in Product/Agile environments.
