Salesforce Enterprise Architect

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Salesforce professional who can combine strategic architecture leadership with hands-on technical design across HLDs, LLDs, CRM transformation and multi-cloud Salesforce environments.

What You’ll Do

• Define Salesforce target architecture, transition architecture and implementation roadmaps
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Produce and review High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
• Lead CRM strategy, business process redesign and roadmap workshops
• Design integrations across Salesforce and wider enterprise systems
• Guide Salesforce 360 and multi-cloud implementations
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, project teams and implementation partners
• Review solution designs and architecture blueprints and identify potential risks
• Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor to customers and senior stakeholders, Senior Stakeholder Exposure: Work closely with customers, programme leaders and delivery teams.

• 14+ years of CRM experience
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities
• Strong Salesforce solution and enterprise architecture experience
• Proven ability to design and optimise complex business processes
• Strong experience across enterprise integrations and multi-system environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to remain hands-on with HLD and LLD design

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must hold both:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Cloud
• Understanding of GDS - Government Digital Service standards
• Salesforce multi-cloud transformation programmes
• Enterprise CRM strategy and roadmap development, * Do you hold the Salesforce Certified System Architect certification, ?

• Do you have hands-on experience producing HLDs and LLDs for Salesforce solutions?

• Public Sector or Energy & Utilities: 3 years (preferred)

Candidates with both mandatory Salesforce architecture certifications and strong hands-on HLD/LLD experience will be prioritised.

Pay: Up to £100,000.00 per year
