Business Intelligence & Analytics Developer

• The BI & Analytics Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and analytics solutions that support operational, clinical, financial, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics leaders to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, data models, and advanced analytics solutions. The BI & Analytics Developer ensures the delivery of reliable, scalable, and user-friendly analytics products that enable data-driven decisions and support organizational performance improvement.

o Five (5) years of experience in business intelligence, analytics development, data engineering, reporting, or a related technical field. o Experience developing enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. o Demonstrated success translating business requirements into actionable reporting and analytical products.Experience within a healthcare delivery system, health plan, or healthcare technology environment. o Experience supporting executive, operational, clinical, and financial reporting initiatives. o Experience working within cloud-based data and analytics ecosystems.

• Education: o A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. o Master’s degree in data science, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline preferred.

• Advanced Proficiency in data querying techniques.
• Understanding data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and enterprise analytics architecture.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality management.
• Understanding of analytics development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and deployment practices.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and performance measurement methodologies.
