Job description

Key Responsibilities:Partner with business teams to understand workflows and challengesTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsOwn end-to-end delivery of applications, integrations, automations, and data solutionsBuild user-facing tools, APIs, and data pipelinesLeverage AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or Cursor to accelerate delivery

Requirements

Requirements:3+ years’ commercial software engineering experienceStrong skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, C++, or similarExperience building production systems using AI-assisted development toolsComfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholdersAbility to operate independently and solve ambiguous problemsExperience with cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices
